The Adopt an Animal Program is a satisfying and creative way of contributing to a long-lasting investment in conservation, education, and animal welfare. Lupa Zoo offers approximately 100 animals for adoption with adoption donations ranging from $25.00 - $1000.00. The animals that are adopted from the animal program remain at the zoo in the care of professional staff, no ownership rights are conferred. Anyone can adopt for a period of one year, including, individuals, schools, classrooms, scouts, families, businesses, and organizations

When you adopt an animal, your contribution goes directly toward your adopted animal’s care, enrichment, breeding program, and other necessities your animal may need.

Note: You will be adopting the species of animal, not an individual animal. Zoo animals, like all living things, are subject to change. They may become ill, die, or be moved to another zoo. If any of these things occur, your adoption will transfer to another animal. Animals remain at the zoo in the care of professional staff, no ownership rights are conferred.
